Rebound classes are a safe, energetic, fun and motivating aerobics program taught by using song specific choreography for all ages and fitness levels.

What are rebound classes?

My name is Brittney and I am a rebound fitness trainer located in Demotte, IN! I offer 1 hour Rebound classes and programs.

Rebound classes are a fun way to get moving and to get in shape! Wearing rebound boots while exercising has many benefits!

-Wearing rebound boots are like wearing trampolines on your feet!

-Wearing rebound boots during exercises relieves 80% impact on joints!!

-Jumping in rebound boots drain’s Lymphatic system aka MELTS AWAY CELLULITE!!

-Rebound boots build lean muscle! Weighting between 4-5 lbs each boot!

-Wearing rebound boots improves balance and posture!

-High cardio exercises are so good for heart/lung health!

Classes

All classes are 1 hour long, include boot rental if needed, and are held in my studio located at 9120 W 1200 N Demotte, IN 46310

Monday 9:00 am

Wednesday 9:30 am & 6:00 pm

Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 pm

Special Tips

I wanted to share some helpful tips and a few things I use personally for Kangoo jumps!

•pre-workout!! My FAVORITE is Magnum fasted cardio

•tall thick socks, protects your ankles from rubbing inside the boot

•shoe inserts for arch support! The boots are VERY flat on the bottom

•hair up in ponytail

•don’t drink a lot before

•light pad or bladder support {I have heard good things about revived bladder support} kangoo jumps definitely strengthens your pelvic floor after regularly doing this exercise so eventually you will not need this

•blender bottle for pre-workout!
